Cellular elixir

More about the procedure

Description

The most innovative regenerative procedure that uses the power of your own body to restore, rejuvenate and revitalize the skin - through concentrated autologous exosomes extracted from your own blood.
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles, a kind of intercellular „couriers“ that carry genetic instructions in the form of messenger RNA from one cell to another. They „tell“ cells what proteins to synthesize, thus activating healing, repair and regenerative processes. Although all cells can synthesize exosomes, platelets are the ones that play a key role in regeneration – especially in skin injuries. Therefore, the procedure begins with blood collection and plasma extraction, but goes through several special stages to create a powerful, concentrated regenerative „cellular elixir“.

What are the indications?

  • Hair loss and hair thinning
  • Thin, sagging and tired skin
  • Fine lines and textural irregularities
  • Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone
  • Under-eye area – dark circles, sagging
  • Scars, wounds and acne

How the procedure works

Green star image

Blood sampling – 40 ml of venous blood is collected from the patient.

Centrifugation to obtain platelet-rich plasma

Platelet activation – using a microfilter (microlyzer) that „simulates trauma“

Exosome release – platelets release billions of active exosomes

Concentration – through special PRX tubes and an additional centrifuge

Injection – the final volume (about 4–5 ml) contains up to 12 billion autologous exosomes, which are injected into the desired area

What is the difference between a filler, a Skinbooster and a collagen stimulator? Arrow for FAQ

The filler adds volume, the Skinbooster hydrates, and the stimulator activates the production of your own collagen.

Am I suitable for lifting mesothreads? Arrow for FAQ

Yes, if you have moderate sagging and do not want surgery. For faces that are too wide and heavy, we recommend a surgical facelift performed by a plastic surgeon.

How often should collagen stimulator therapies be performed? Arrow for FAQ

Calcium hydroxyapatite, dextranomers and polylactic acid – no more than 2 sessions per year.

Is there a risk of an “overly pumped face”? Arrow for FAQ

Not when we work with moderate volume, precise technique, and a medical approach.

How does botulinum toxin work? Arrow for FAQ

Botulinum toxin temporarily blocks the signal between the nerve and the muscle. It does not create volume, unlike hyaluronic fillers. This relaxes the muscle and smooths out facial wrinkles.

The effect occurs within 3–5 days after injection and lasts about 4–6 months. It is suitable for the forehead, eye contour, frown lines and other dynamic areas.
